The ‘Me’ Tab

PKR is all about bringing the personality back to online poker. One of the most unique and exciting features on PKR is our avatar (or in-game character) development options. Using the avatar editor you can create a character that’s every bit as unique and individual as you are. So, be yourself, or anyone you want to be.

To edit your avatar at any time, just click on the ‘Me’ tab. Here you’ll see your current avatar together with a panel containing a variety of development options, from facial appearance to clothing.

Appearance

When you first sign-up to PKR you’ll be given a random character that you can either use in the game or edit to get the exact look and table image you want. You can see and edit your avatar by clicking on the ‘Me’ tab from the lobby, you can’t edit your avatar while playing the game. To edit the way your character looks, select the ‘Appearance’ tab in the avatar editor control panel on the right hand side of the screen. Here you’ll be able to choose you character’s gender, a starting head (this gives you a broad set of racial and facial characteristics to start developing from), hair style and voice. The ‘Advanced’ tab allows you to edit all aspects of your character from eye colour to age, cheekbone height to brow ridge positioning!

Clothing

Shirts, shoes, shorts, jackets and loads more are available here to dress your character any way you like. Some clothing options require purchase with PKR points (to learn more check out ‘PKR points’ below).

Tricks

To ‘learn’ new chip tricks, click on the ‘Tricks’ tab and purchase them with your PKR points.

PKR Points

Every time you play a real money game or tournament at PKR you’ll earn PKR points. You can use these points to buy locked items of clothing and accessories, as well as ‘learn’ new chip tricks that you can use to dazzle and intimidate opponents!
